Now that marijuana is legal in California, marijuana products are being rejected by the state. Regrettably, new laws come with new regulations. Mandatory statewide testing is a new regulation have rejected 20% of the marijuana products due to new potency and purity requirements. Since recreational marijuana was legalized in California on Janurary 1, 2018 dispensaries had 6 months to sell all of the manufactured products, leaving nothing behind.

The problem is not in the dispensaries, it is not in the cultivators, nor the manufacturers that hit too tiny a target when gauging levels of THC. The regulations are that the THC concentration needs to be within 10 percent of what is advertised on the product level. So if they are tiny amounts over the limit, they are being rejected as well. Out of 11,000 samples tested in the first two months, 2,000 failed to make the cut. In most cases, the products had to be destroyed. This is really bad for marijuana businesses that rely on the test results.

In order to do that we need to filter out all of the people, we want to target with Ads. I made sure to list down the filters we would like to check off to capture the right people. It just depends on what your company or business is trying to target. If you are a wheel company or tire shop that sells wheel material such as rims, and volts for the rims, tires, etc... you are going to need to target your wheel buyers. Now you think, who are your buyers? You are not going to target a young crowd or women since the demand wheel demand is main middle-aged men that have nice whips (cars).

You don't want your money to go to the people that will easily skip through your Ads, because they are simply not interested. You can choose how much you would like to spend daily, therefore, it is important to target the right audience. The right targeted audience can be filtered out to your advantage. You can pick and choose the Gender, Age, Location, Interests, Behaviors, and Hobbies. For example, if you are selling wheels, targeting men that like going to races or car shows is the way to do it.
